The Picks: Bowl Week 1

I decided to give Chris an early Christmas present this week. We were only going to select a few bowl games, but seeing as he trails the slap bet by eight games, I thought I'd throw him a bone. I've decided to let him attempt the greatest comeback in the history of slap bets by picking all 34 bowl games because I want a challenge to pick games with awesome sponsors like:

It's meaningful, God damn it!

Good luck, bru.

A Little Slappetizer

Just to get Chris ready for what's going to happen to him sometime in mid-to-late January:

This video is from our first slap bet that was placed on the 2009 NCAA Basketball Tournament and it never gets old. I would like to first of all thank God, because through him all things are possible. I'd also like to thank my mom and dad for always believing in me and teaching me how to be a total badass, and last but not least: Roy Williams, Marcus Ginyard, Ty Lawson, Danny Green, Tyler Hansbrough, and the rest of the 2008-2009 North Carolina Tar Heels for their contributions to this great reward.

Get ready for round two, pendejo.

Week 14 Results: Heartbreak Edition

It's hard to believe, but this is more painful than the Virginia Tech loss earlier in the season. On the other hand (see what I did there?), of the seven games we picked this week I chose five of them correctly to Chris' three, bringing us one step closer to the slap of the century. I now lead by eight heading into the bowl games.

Championship Week (14) Picks

Great week of games this week. The ACC, Big XII and SEC hold their title games while the Pac-10 and Big East have "unofficial" championship games this week in that the winners of each game will win the conference. That means that five of the six BCS conference champions will be crowned this weekend. Way to fuck up, Big 10.

Cincinnati (-2) at Pittsburgh

So...we're stopping at seven games this week cause we aren't picking any of these fucking games.
